I flew to Atlanta and rented a car to drive the 130 miles to this casino.

say what ? Y’all keep your money don’t stay don’t gamble… you will be treated poorly and when asked for a supervisor they will threaten you. Then if you ask to speak with a supervisor they will call over the radio and as if your a disruptive disturbance and then threaten to kick you out. FYI peeps they will run up on you as if your a criminal and take those drinks. that was never said when we asked to keep our drinks our side of the casino. as the same security guard came up to us tell us we had to “down” our drink or he was taking them, state law says no alcohol past 2:15 ok fine.

We were in line ordering food as again we have only been in the establishment less that 30 min. We spent 40$ on 2 drinks and we asked if we could take our drinks with us we were told yes as long as we stayed in the building. We checked in after 1 am decided to go get a bit to eat and a drink as we just flew into NC and drove 2 hours to get to the casino. Had a much better experience last year in Biloxi, MS & the year before on the casino ship in Brunswick, GA. While some staff seemed nice (the blackjack dealers I encountered the first night were great), there were staff members who didn’t seem to care how your guest experience was. Small mixed drinks on the casino floor were $5 each. $2.99 for a small can of Pringle’s chips.

Food court offerings were overpriced, $3.49 for a Payday candy bar. My wife’s salmon was way over cooked (outer part was crunchy). Ribeye steak was typical thin frozen cheap restaurant offering (at a premium price). Nice size, but for a “Premium” room it was lacking amenities, mostly due to COVID-19. So, while I didn’t get to play as much as I would have liked, the casino also didn’t get as much of my money as they would have liked. But letting them take 15-20 minutes to go to their room for cash? I said, “screw this, I’m done waiting” and cashed in my chips & headed for the room. I can understand letting a player sit out a hand or two while they run to the restroom. When you’ve got people waiting in line to play the rule should be “if you’re not betting, you’re not sitting”. People were standing, waiting for seats to open while dealers were allowing players to go back to their room for more cash. Some blackjack tables had 3 players, some only 2.
